Crash/error log available?

In the last few weeks (MAYBE since the DLC/patch hit) I've been getting hard locks within multiplayer.  No response at all from the computer.

I've tried verifying files, new video drivers, etc, but to no avail.

So as the next step of escalation, I want to try contacting EA/Bioware support directly, but first, I want to see if there is any error log that pops up when ME3 crashes.  I've been looking around and haven't found any hint of it.  Does such a log exist?

It's in Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\Logs. If you want to open it though you'll need a copy of Visual Studio.

If you're having the same problem as here, you might wanna try deleting the OnlineProfile.profile file whilst you're there. It's in the Config folder next to logs.

Hmm, that DOES sound like what I'm experiencing, except I don't recall it being limited to Collectors (and no black hole floors for me).

Will try deleting that profile and see what happens...

Well, I guess I'll go play something else for awhile. See if I crash in other games as well. My biggest concern is whether this is hardware or software malfunction. Hopefully BL2, TL2, and/or XCOM will help me sort that out :(

Welp. Not isolated to ME3. Getting hard locks in other games and Windows now.

Joy... time to figure out what's dying and replace it :(
