First I want my Mage to find a Griffon pup and train it. Then eventually, mount the beast and fly into battle, launching chain lightening from an aerial attack.
Second, I love the ethical choices, keep it up and make some DIFFICULT choice to make.
Reaction to character dialog. I was playing Walking Dead on the iPad the other day and I am really impressed by the way the dialog choices you make have profound consequences to life, death, trust, etc.. I think DA III could benefit for turning up the dial here.
Finally i want to be able to Conquer a land or castle, and not only use that as my home base. I also want to be able to setup my team of warriors, mages, and rogues.
P.S. It would be cool to hire temporrary fighters to augment your team

The first one I cannot help but wonder where this griffin obsession came from.
The second, I agree, I do love a game that can make me sit there for five minutes without having a clue which side I feel I should go for. Or even more impressive is a difficult decision that doesn't give you much time to choose (The Walking Dead game).
I agree with the Walking Dead dialogue. Admittedly it isn't perfect (some characters are ridiculously ungrateful at times), and it does suffer from the DA/ME issue of things turning out more or less the same either way you go, but the conversations and actions certainly have a unique feel to them.
I am only speculating, but I am guessing that castle we have been shown will be conquerable, and will probably take the place of the camp from Origins.
Temporary fighters is an interesting idea, I think it'd be good to implement them for areas where you'd like a specific type of fighter (sword and shield, stealthy, magic etc.) and do not want to bring certain companions along for political reasons (like avoiding bringing an anti-mage to a meeting with a mage).

I want to be able to make descisions about how things in my castle can run. I loved that about Awakening. It was cool overlooking how Amaranthine should be run and making descisions when we had the nobility meetings. It was a fun diversion from the combat. Im looking for more things like that!

I like to see family members live instead of having them die to move the story along
