You can't still be bitter about the ending. If anything lets hope Bioware has learned something from all of this.

Casey seems like a really nice guy. He shouldn't be thanking us, we should be thanking him. Regardless of how you feel about ME3, he gave us one of the greatest sci-fi trilogies of all time. I have spent literally hundreds of hours playing these three games and I don't regret a second of it.

Pretty much summed it up. Although, I'd go a step further and say he helped give me my favourite trilogy of all time.

Though I do find his little speech somewhat nausiating and pandering. Thanking fans for...a collectors edition boxed set that his own company made? Um, okay. Why?

Yeah save that picture for after DA3 and ME4 release. In order to have a track record of fail you'd have to make more than one bad game in a series.
One word DA2...well it could have been better....and the ending was half rushed to.
Edit:

This is still true enough, but I whanted to have been in that world were the ME games where perfect.

Well said. I've lost vast numbers of wonderful hours in a terrific universe. Cheers Casey x

I think he belives we'll actually forget the whole ending accident...
But not even a single "thank you" to entire ME team?

I wholeheartedly disagree that it must be a game within the series, but SW:TOR and (relatively) DA2 were failures.

Incorrect. Ever heard of "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me"?. I sure as hell am not going to pre-order any more games given that much of the pre-release information about ME3 turned out to be untrue. I would not have bought the game if I had know this.In order to have a track record of fail you'd have to make more than one bad game in a series.
The problem is not that he made one bad game, but that he has evidently decided that it's now OK to lie to fans to inflate sales. I won't thank him for the ME series until such a time that I get a refund for ME3 (i.e. never).
Trust, once lost, takes a lot to restore - more than a decade in this case since I've been playing Bioware games since Baldur's Gate.
