[Help!?] Rewards & Plots - Rewards aren't being given

How do I get the rewards to trigger? No matter what I do in my module's code it just wont seem to trigger.

I haven't used rewards, as I found it difficult to find one with appropriate xp/gold rewards. Perhaps others might have had more luck in that regard.



I use a plot script instead and award the player XP/money when the appropriate flags are set.

when you use a plot you can add a reward right there in the plot dialog
for custom reward you have to edit the rewards.xls and add your reward and run excelprossesor

just look for tutorials about editing 2das

my 2DA files are correct, I even tried using some of the game's original rewards but no matter what the game fails to give them to me when the plot is set.

i noticed that my custom rewards are not listed anymore after some exports but i had it working before

maybe try to refresh your plot,

double check that they are listed and that the toolset didn't delete them by accident



otherwise, sorry, i'm far from being an expert myself

I have the same probleme, I reinstalled my computer, and then the reward arn't trigger anymore. After the reinstallation it work perfectly for now I try to resolve this. If I resolve this probleme I let you now how

I'm not sure this is relevant, but if you are setting the plot flag in a script  you need to set set the plot state with WR_SetPlotFlag(PLT_MYPLOT, MY_REWARD_FLAG, TRUE, TRUE); Note the second true, which calls the associated plot script (even if it's just plot_core) and assigns the reward.
