Wouldn't she be more likely to get pregnant from Shepard sleeping with her before the Cerberus base attack than from the psychic-mind-hug she gives you in London? I figure if you romanced her she's pregnant from all the sleeping with her that you do, and if you didn't she's not.

I'll admit the ME3 scene with Liara seems slightly different then in ME1 like the slight biotic aura around her

I've honestly wondered about that in the lore it is generally accepted that Asari don't settle down and start a family until their Matron stage of life but is their  only having children at this stage biological like with Human females not being able to bear children till after they hit puberty or is it culteral like a tradition to wait till that stage of their life like the old no sex till your married thing.

At Liara's current age it's almost physically dangerous for an asari what I've understood our human asari fan fiction experts. If Shepard were to survive she would want to have Shepard's children, so she might push it 30 to 40 years off. Basically, Shepard would have to wait a while. And given Shepard's state of health and stuff like that would make a difference.150 is young for an Asari. 130 is very young, but she'd want Shepard to be young enough to enjoy them, and Shepard would be about 63. Cybernetic implants and stuff like that might help out a lot. Or does she stuff Shepard in cryo for 50 years?

Hmmmm... how could Shepard's life suck worse than it does.... Shepard survives; has decent life for 3 months; then in the middle of the night gets stuffed in cryo for 50 years; awakened for next galactic crisis; fights war, barely survives; lives decent life for another couple of months; gets stuffed in cryo during middle of night; awakened in 200 yrs for next galactic crisis.....

If you're romancing her, it could be a consensual act of love, see above.

Or! It could just be Liara revealing the true depths of her emotions and feelings for Shepard, whether he romances her or not, allowing him to see himself through her eyes, her emotions and her thoughts. Which is a rather beautiful thing if you ask me, even if you don't romance her. Because, to be honest, even if you don't romance her and are only friends, I still think that she simply loves Shepard.

The way she behaves around him and what she does for him all screams an attatchment. Hell, she went to the ends of the Galaxy and went toe-to-toe with some of the most fearsome organisations around just for a slim chance to bring you back from death.

Liara told Shepard it is simply sharing some memories and she only mentions blue children if you romanced her/played LotSB/stayed loyal. The writers have said the scene was not meant to be sexual as well. I'd say she isn't pregnant...

Honestly I found the whole scene completely innapropriate for my Shepard. Not only was he romancing Tali but he had to tell Liara again and again that he wans't interested, and the way she put her head on his shoulder and she 'melded' there minds together or whatever suggested complete lust on Liara's part, which I felt through all three games really. I imagine my Shepard felt very uncomfortable in that part, since him and Liara were friends but nothing more. 

Melding isn't always sexual (-> Liara or Shiala in ME1)

It is nothing more than Liara's way of saying goodbye...and giving Shepard a few moments peace.

I considered that she might have gotten pregnant from it, but it didn't seem very likely. In fact, IF it was anything other than a random "gift" from Liara, I kind of wondered if maybe she pulled a Spock on me. In the Star Trek movie "Wrath of Khan", at the end just before Spock goes into that room, knowing that he's going to die, he mind melds with McCoy to I guess sort of duplicate/transfer himself to McCoy so that they could bring him back in "The Search for Spock". Granted it would be slightly different in that in this case it would be Liara who took/duplicated Shepard's mind.

I'm totally with you OP, shep took measures against Liara Mind Sexing him after ME1, but during the tearful goodbyes she was able to sneak one in

No, that is just something Asari can do. It's probably my favorite Liara scene in ME3, probably in the whole trilogy.
