Well I'm glad someone appreciates me. It's no easy task getting everyone riled up over absolutely nothing...

Ha, hardly. I just like people to back up their claims with some evidence; evidence that the ecks bawcks community who continually try to stress that their game is "much harder" are sorely lacking.

The funny thing is... you're the only one who said that. I believe it was stated that it was harder to get headshots on xbox due to autoaim.. but no one said ME3 on PC was 'easier' overall.

Your confusing words to fit your point that everyone who owns a console is somehow, a bad player.

Good players are not exclusive to the PC community knucklehead. You're schtick is old. Who are you that anyone should have to prove anything to you anyway? Your some scottish ****** on the internet... who thinks being able to headshot with a mouse is some amazing feat unachievable by 99.9% of the world. You couldn't be more wrong, and your self-righteousness is laughable at this point.

Truth be told... there are probably VERY VERY few of the best shooter players in the world who are even playing ME3 MP. This multiplayer is seen by most gamers as extremely repetitive, boring and grossly flawed from glitches... and the truely best of the best, are playing competitive PVP... where skill REALLY matters.

Get over yourself Annomander...

What he did in the video isn't good. Most of the time he missed and using a mouse is easy anyway.

If all the enemies was left to me I could get 20 headshots with shockwave spammers. I'm a Mass Effect 3 God.

"Female race"...? As if they're another species?

Yeah buddy, I think it's about time you went outside for a bit.

If they were the same species, I would have understood women a bit better. However, most men do not and cannot comprehend what goes on in a female's mind! Also, Jay is awesome

Simply aim the hipfire reticle at/near the head, zoom, correct, fire. It is actually easier to get headshots this way... it takes less effort because you don't have to aim twice. It's all a much smaller correction once zoomed since you didn't get auto aimed at the chest... this is what Zero was talking about.

Could you not reliably scope and push up to get headshots with auto-aim? It seems like the process would become quite predictable and automatic, albeit you'd want something like Energy Drain to stun things to facilitate this.

Yeah that's what we have to do now... but it's easier said than done on moving targets, who are twitching from being hit with powers.

Now that I have Phasic rounds, I don't even have to try to headshot anymore except Phantoms and Bosses. It's pretty much a non-issue at this point. The only issue is the auto aim screwing you over in clutch situations... especially in close quarters.

Yeah no doubt, it's just interesting to me how people adapt to different controls. Like, I imagine auto-aim zooms on whatever has the red-colored framing highlight (what also determines what your powers target). So I'd figure console players are much more aware of that, and while it could often be annoying, it could also facilitate some quick snap-shooting, depending on how responsive the auto-aim is. Pretty neat, though I definitely prefer a mouse.

It might quick scope on whatever we have in the red brackets... I never noticed it specifically, but then again I never really looked.

The auto aim does allow for some quick snap shooting... it just doesn't allow for quick snap headshotting. This is why Phasic rounds are such a blessing for us consolers. Don't have to try anymore... shoot the Marauder/Hunter/Centurion/Whatever... in the leg/shoulder/chest/etc. and they die. At this point it's easier to just work with the aim assist than to continue fighting it.

Mouse is surely superior... and preferred.

A quick caveat for those of you who are new to streaming: broadcasting your game does take up bandwidth, and it may affect your frame rate. If your gameplay slows considerably while streaming, you may want to either reduce the resolution of your broadcast or look into upgrading your CPU.

Probably won't be possible for me.

Very true.

Except for the repetitive part. All games are incredibly repetitive, whether PvP, or PvE.

Yeah, competitive FPS attracts more of the super duper elite. It's a different culture there though.

Playing at 10 FPS cannot be THAT harder than playing with 3 shockwavers around! Maybe you'd get the medal after 3 waves instead of 2, but... Still! We followers demand the POV!

Very true Jay.

The only thing that keeps this game fresh for me are the near limitless build/weapon options, steady stream of new content,  the love for the ME3 universe, and the great group of people I play the game with.

I also agree with what Sirian said about cooperating with my team... it is alot of fun. You can do that in PVP too... but it's even more skill reliant.... and it's really hard to find PVP players who want to work together as a team, since most of them have been playing Team DeathMatch style gameplay for years on end.

That's why Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, and other objective based gametypes are so appealing to me.

People think it's hard headshotting a Phantom/Jumping Banshee... try headshotting a skilled human being who knows you're trying to shoot him. Halo jumping, drop shotting, juking side to side, circle strafing.... not to mention shooting back. This is all assuming he didn't take soft cover and try to make you lose his position.

Yeah... headshotting on ME3 is the pinnacle of gaming skill... LOL Annomander.

I got mad respect for Jay... he is super efficient and moderately humble about his skills... the way it should be. I bet he is a machine at PVP on PC... no wallhax/aimbot needed.

You could always play a squad/team based PvP MP like BF3 for example. It is amazing how much more effetive a single squad working together is when everyone else is just running around.

Not that I have much extensive experience as I can't play Bf4 unless I grab my dad's PC, which is something a hundred miles away from me right now, but the one time I had a deathmatch with a squad that was acting as one, we were simply sweeping all before us and methodically murdered everything from one position to the next, rinse and repeat. Nothing could stand against that.

And another time I was at the recieving end, in a conquest round when an enemy squad got its act together. Let's just say a single organised squad wrestled two positions from what must have been at least worth four squads of us including me. They annihilated us. Four men against more than a dozen of us and we never stood a chance.

There's good stuff to be played, even if it isn't per se CoOp labelled.

Yeah, but I've never really enjoyed any of the "realistic" war type shooters. I enjoyed Battlefield Vietnam but I felt the series went downhill from there.

CoD 4 was ok (IMO) and also went downhill in my eyes from there.

I like CSS but my connection doesn't encourage me to try playing online too often.
