I know that every screenshot I take automatically goes to the user/My Documents folder, but how do I change the directory? If I moved the Bioware folder to the desired location, would the screenshots go therE?

sadly I don't think so. Not that I've tried but I messed up my folders enough to know that it would just well mess up your game as your saves are there.
It looks for My Documents went choosing so they're in one place.
There is a way to change that, but it would involve changing it for everything. All other saved games and what have you, and it's annoying to do so and I've only done it once and regretted it. One of those if you don't do it right you can lose all your saved games.
