Storywise, I say leave Virmire for last. It just seems more climactic in that order to me. (Mostly cause Virmire compared to Noveria has more going on, I won't say what though cause I don't wanna spoil you 
)

dont worry about that the only achievements im missing for the game are beating it on hardcore and insanity.

Yeah...I agree with Sars.
Finding out about Ilos and then putting it off for "geth interest" in Noveria doesn't make sense.

It makes perfect sense to me. Sure, we know about Ilos and the Mu Relay, but the Relay's been lost for millennia, and we have no idea how to actually get to Ilos. Noveria is the only remaining lead on Saren, so off we head on a wing and a prayer.
I've done them in this order (Virmire, then Noveria) my last few playthroughs, and found it very narratively satisfying.
