Pyros grabbing us while we're in cover? That would be deadly. Just imagine two counters full of scared organics, pyros promptly enter, take cover and over-counter butcher the whole party.

Two points.
1. The geth do not have dedicated melee units and the units that could have a sync kill would be overpowered with it, like Hunters and Primes, because those units stagger with each attack so it would be unfair for them to stun lock the player and then grab them before they could do anything. Notice how the Phantom can't stun lock?
2. Going off my previous point, all units except the Pyro (and the Prime Turret) can stagger/stun lock the player in one form or another, something which only a few units in the other three factions can do. Removing stun lock from the geth, which great, would make them too easy, replacing it with sync kills would just make them like the other factions, and adding it alongside stun locking would just make them incredibly cheap.

No... Oddly enough, I don't mind stunlock, only the drone's ball and bomber's stun irritate me (and the glitches). Or maybe I am just a fool and you should eat me.

If they remove the cheapness that was added back when FBWGG was 50% of all games then sure. Otherwise hell no. I hate playing against Geth as it is. Give them sync kills now and I will just quit every game I join that is vs Geth.

While i sense a fair amount of sarcasm in this thread, i gotta say that giving an insta-kill for Geth boss units and reducing their stunlockness would be many times better than the stun-staggerfest we got now.

No, stunlock is fine. I think it's annoying as hell, and I would like to see it toned down a little, but I can see why it's there. If you want to play enemies with instakills, there are 3 other factions to choose from. Keep the Geth unique.

I'd say if they did give Geth an instakill, give it to the Prime and use the husk grab animation, he picks you up, throws you down, and then stomps on you.

The only one that would work would be the Geth Prime... You honestly want a hunter to have cloak, a wide melee, a double shot stunlocking shotgun, AND a way to kill you instantly?
