I hope this is the right section to post this thread.
I am one of the many users of this great Android app, Tapatalk, that
let's you browse forums in a much easier way than using any mobile
browser.
So I was wondering if the the BSN will ever be readable with Tapatalk. Right now, it's quite painful to browse it in common
mobile web browser. And I use Dolphin, which is already a huge improvement
of the standard Android browser.

I suspect, without official information, that the Social Site was considered less than fully satisfactory by someone at EA, fairly early on. There were a great many "Beta-class" problems that were never corrected, such as the very bad Search Function. There was just no priority given to cleaning up the many bugs in the site's program.

Three or four years ago, Android was just getting started, and little consideration / preparation was allocated for creating much of anything in the way of a shrunken-down set of pages for a smaller screen. Bioware at the time seemed to be relying heavily on their old, legacy forums, to keep up interest from the online community, and those were long-since debugged.

But someone hacked in and collected quite a lot of member account information, so they shut that old forum down, expecting to plug the security gap, and bring it back up online, but that was not in EA's plan, after all. Instead of getting busy fixing the social site after that, they have only fixed a very few minor things instead. Your hope for help with a smartphone interface is probably a forlorn one.

I would also like to see the BSN forums integrated with tapatalk. I hope one of the web admins reads this, since implementing it is free.

Part of my evidence for this site being an also-ran that doesn't figure in EA's future plans is the very ineffective Administration and Moderation applied here during the past year, it just doesn't seem anyone at EA cares how messed up Social gets. They've locked the forums down where tech matters were first intended for discussion, but don't seem to care whether anyone moved their questions on tech into forums they previously would lock such threads down in.

Almost no one at Bioware ever looks at any forums here other than ME-3.

You'll have to convince EA that they should have Bioware add what you want.

Instead of adding anything, all that's happened is shutting down more features so far.
