Usually you want to pick the "Expose" evo on rank 5.  Biotic combo damage is based off the rank of the two powers so the damage of warp doesn't matter.  And the expose evo allows everyone to do more damage to the target.

so when the huntress comes out (soon i hope thats going to be my favorite infiltrator) should i take expose as well

Yes. Simply puit, any power that causes an enemy to take more damage than usual is worth having. With prox mines I always set evo 5 to extra damage, as well as warp. It really does help. I look at this way: whatever takes enemies down fastest is worth having.
