For example if 2 of your characters are fighting a foe worth 80xp  who gets the 80xp is it just the guy who makes the final blow or is it shared between them (and do other characters in the battle also get a share even though they may be passive or attacking a different enemy at the time of the kill)?

All the characters in the party gains equal XP.



The amount of players in party does not affect that in any way.
