Ten different voice actor would almost certainly cause much, much, much lower quality voicework.
And probably result in even more stream lined gameplay to make room for all that voiceover and cinematics

Whilst I'd love to play a different race, it's not really plausible seeing as there would be loads more voice work to do. That would then take up a lot of space and the story would end up suffering as a result.
Human and good story > Any species but a superficial story

Just have Jennifer Hale do the voices. All of them -.-
This. I really don't want a silent protagonist either. ME should stick to a human narrative, or the story/quality will suffer for it.David7204 wrote...

I say give them a chance they could do it, if it doesn't work they don't have to again. It be a great idea, I personally don't want to play human. Mass Effect is SciFi, also The last three games we played a Humsn so it would feel weird playing a Human close to Shepard.
Every game there is we only play Humans. It be nice to play another Species. That why I like Mass Effect and The Elders. Mass Effect can do it if they take the time, they have the money and time also. I know I put so much in Mass Effect. I hope they add the feature or some of the species.
