Hello,
does anyone know what happens to DLC reward items like Blightblood or the Battledress of the Provocateur if I uninstalled the DLCs that unlocked them and later reinstalled them? Would I have to unlock them again?

As far as I am aware the unlocks are tied to achievements. Since uninstalling dlcs do not affect your unlocked achievements they should stay available to you. (If you somehow lost your achievements on the other hand....)
