Hi,
I ordered the N7 tech jacket back in september. Was told it was despatched mid October and UPS have finally tried to delivery it today. Except a family member wasn't able to take the delivery as there is a 24 Euro charge on it! .
I am in the Midlands, UK - On the store it states that it is a UK warehouse and should only take a couple of days but it looks to me like it's been shipped from Germany!, taken a month and I'm being charged export fees.
I'm really shocked by this.
Apparenly I now need to call UPS to arrange redelivery and make sure that whoever receives it has the money to pay the driver. Then I can only assume they will convert it from GBP??
Please can someone explain what has happened here and if I should be paying this.
I also have the sneakers on preorder...

Contact Bioware and they'll explain the situation (a bug on the site caused it), and they'll refund the import fees (you'll need to scan the form on the package).

Also, UPS will only accept cash (not card or cheque like their website says), so have that ready - they also don't give any change.

Because I couldn't pay for it yesterday (due to UPS lying about payment methods, and not attempting another delivery like they promised), my jacket is now on a plane back to Germany.

Thanks for the replies Support got back to me on Tuesday night with quite a humorous email response They're going to reimburse the export fees and also credit my bioware store account with 25E. Very happy now. The jacket arrived today and fits perfectly. Looks great!

Did you had to pay for the shiping? And if you don't mind me asking was it 11 euros? Or that in uk pounds?

Cause I live in portugal, and shipping a n7 elite hoodie here from the us store, using XPO international is 20 $ which is around 15 euros , shipping from the UK store is 11 euros... Lol 

Seems kind of expensive the UK shipping...and Portugal is just next to the Uk...

I paid for standard UK mainland shipping as it was supposed to be UK to UK. This is 6.50E. UPS charged me 25E at the door which at the time equated to around £19. Bioware reinbursed this back to me via the same paypal I used to pay for the item. This was unrelated to the actual shipping cost. It was just the unexpected export fee.
The difference between the UK to UK and UK to portugal shipping cost seems about right to me. 6.50 - 11.
