Picture that romance.
Edit: Also, iirc every love interest in Inquisition is going to be bi.

I dunno really. Cullen doesn't seem like the type of character that would be be Bisexual. But I suppose bioware make everyone bisexual now... Meh.
i don't think bioware making more choices available to everybody should be something "meh" worthy
also i'd like to know what a bisexual personality is
You are misunderstanding me. In Origins Cullen shows a romantic interest in the female mage and not the male mage - It would just seem strange to suddenly make him interested in men as well for the sake of player choice.

Cullen seems more like the stalking type to me. I image his romance would have a lot of hair stroking and him saying that he would never leave you... Not even death. Cue the psycho music.motomotogirl wrote...
Cullen is into guys; he was just creeped out by Carroll's stalking him and Greagor wasn't doing anything about it. So it was just awhile before he could look at another man again "in that way." Poor male mage Warden.![]()

J/K, I do hope that he would be romanceable by both though. I have been interested in him since DAO, even before the Paul Walker makeover.

I do wish that too. for me playing a straight character is boring, I like playing a BI character a lot more.R2s Muse wrote...

Yes, I don't see any reason why Cullen couldn't be romanced by whoever, since we know so little about his preferences so far. Just because he didn't have a crush on the male mage Warden just tells us he didn't have a crush on the male mage Warden. My only hope is that, if he is actually a DA3 LI, anyone who wants to romance him, can.
So, here's hoping!

i don't get why people are so uptight over characters being aviable to both genders because in 2 aside from Isabella and Anders most characters never brought up they're preferances or talked about sex period unless you pursued them.

I don't think every character one is attracted to should be prone to go either way simply because it's too coincidental .It makes me wonder if everyone in thedas is open to same sex relationships or even if sexual preference exist at all.
The characters' "sexuality" is depending on the player. This is a game, not real life, you are stuck with a very limited numbers of LIs. The game is specifically made for first playthrough. The LI's sexuality would depend on the protagonist. Unless you are meta-gaming, it's not everyone that is bisexual. It's just that specific LI that you are romanced who is into you. Plus, most of the other non-LI companions are pretty straight. Do you just conviniently have problems with gay LIs or something?Emzamination wrote...

IMO fair treatment for RL players is a little more important than the nitty gritty details of sexuality in Thedas. Sure it's not terribly realistic, but neither is a menu-based level up system where you suddenly become three points more MAGICAL after frying that last darkspawn.

That's all well and good for companions, but I'd like to think that other characters hold more traditional values.I find the idea of everyone ready to tumble in the hay with each other unsettling.

...ok? I don't really know what to say to that, other than "That's your problem."
There's nothing indicating that, just the LIs for gameplay reasons.Emzamination wrote...

Companions should be herosexual. I'm talking about all of thedas as a whole.
