I have 100% approval with Zevran but the only dialogue options I have are "Care to answer some questions?" > "Let's just move on." and "I'd like to discuss something personal" > "I want you to leave" and "We need to end this." How can I get more dialogue options? Also, someone said I couldnt get anymore approval points by giving him gifts at 100% approval, so I can get more approval points at 100%, just not through gifts? Is there some kind of relationship bar, or is 100% approval pretty much the extent of the relationship? And what kind of plot decisions should I make to gain Zevran's approval?
Can somebody explain all the rules of dragon age relationships? ^^

When you're at 100%, that's as far as the approval rating will go, there's a bar on the character sheet that represents this. The key to progressing the relationship is to pick the right responses when the dialogue becomes available, there are periods where you may have expended all of the possible options at that time but more will become available after some events or further on in the plot.
As for what he responds too, well I find that agreeing with him normally works.
