In Origins, I named my mabari Rabbit because of a joke I saw around on the forums, and for whatever reason it seemed pretty fitting to me. So naturally in DA2 I named Hawke's mabari Hare. Assuming we get another mabari (or even any pet really) what could work as a name that follows this rabbit trend?
Name for new mabari/pet?

Regardless of what game, my mabaris/dogs will forever be named Barkspawn while cats shall be name Ser-Pounce-A-Lot.

Lagomorpha?
Personally, I tend to give my hounds Greek names. Zeus, Kronus, Kratos, Ares. I also had a Thor once as well. I'm hoping the Mabari in DA3 is female so I can use Athena or Artemis as names.

Yeah I also would like to see something that's not a mabari but I don't know, it's easier to have a mabari from a narrative point. For example, mabaris are intelligent enough to fight by your side and follow commands and such, versus a horse or something like that.Though I am still all for a new kind of pet.

In Origins I always named the dog "Danger Dude".
In DA2 I can't remember. Probably "Danger Dude" as well.

I never have such clever names and end up pounding out “Dog” when asked. Same for passwords. When you get the surprise demand to spontaneously come up with a password, I can never think of anything neat and unpredictable, instead using, my daughter’s name or my wife’s name or the girl that makes eyes at me in the grocery store. I really should get her name.
