Drell vanguard out of the classes I have at the moment.
Cause I have the most fun with it.
If you had to pick one class for the remainder of ME3 MP...

I'd probably go for my Asari Adept, although if the Huntress is decent, she might be worthwhile. And then there's the Fury...

Krogan Vanguard simply because he's the most durable.
However, I enjoy playing as the Ex-Cerberus with the Cryo blast or the ex-Cerberus with Pull/Lash ... honestly, I forget the class names and always found Adept/Vanguard to be very much the same with Sentinel also feeling like less of a true class unto itself.

I don't think I'd be able to choose between the N7 Fury or N7 Shadow. Can't I have both?

Turian Sentinel maybe. He's my most played class right now and I can build him however I want.

QFI because I love snipers and the ammo belts (or at least what looks like ammo belts) are really cool IMO.

Geth Infiltrator. It has a high enough skill cap (at least if you eschew cheap weapons) that I wouldn't get bored immediately, and is one of the most powerful characters in the game in the right hands.

If you mean an entire class, I'd pick the sentinel class, just because it's the one whose kits I use most frequently overall.
If you mean an individual kit, it would either be the Quarian male infiltrator or the N7 Destroyer.

One of the Drell (yes, that includes the Infiltrator, which hasn't been released at this juncture).
*Manly Tears* I just love the Drell, what can I say?

I never thought I'd be saying this.. but I have to go with the batarian soldier.
Ballistic Blades is an excellent crowd controller, Inferno Grenades can set up plenty of FE's as well as just melt down enemies, and falcon punch. Has about everything I need.

Dang, that's a tough question. I play just about every kit, lately I've been favoring the Havoc Soldier but the Vorchas make me snarl IRL.. yeah, gotta go with the Vorcha Soldier.

The Vorcha Sentinel.
" The Reapers encountered difficulties in harvesting the vorcha homeworld. Because the vorcha were not cowed by the Reapers' impersonal intimidation tactics and the effects of the destruction of resources like water were negligible given the vorcha could adapt themselves to survive, the Reapers devoted their efforts to immobilizing Heshtok's population and preventing the vorcha from contributing in the galactic war."
Well, that's an interesting bit of info.
Makes me even more curious as to why the Reapers wouldn't use them in their army given how resilient their survival skills were drawing extra efforts from the Reapers.
Reaper 1: Y'know, the Vorcha are really resilient, fast and regenerate fairly quickly. They'd make great shock troopers. We should harvest them!
Reaper: Eh...too much work...
Pretty sure that's how it went.
