As someone who has been negative in the past and isn't happy about the way the SP turned out I have to agree, but complaining about people complaining never solved anything.

I am sure all the complaints & minor harsh comments to BW helped the game just as much as other complements & blind praises.

This game had no patch just for about half year.
Now the game is actually more than great and is excellent, but some people had good reason to write what they write.

yea, tbh I think bioware waited to see how much players would take to the MP before really digging into like they've done with their other great games.  As a business move its very smart but on the consumer side it's a bit disheartening-as you note there was no patch for months which would've fixed known issues, yet now that a nice chunk of change has been gained from MP then it's not just nice of them to improve it, it's what should be done ( if you want to keep your customers)

I'm so sick of seeing all these topics with people constantly complaining about the game and what the devs do.
They could be doing absolutely nothing, but they do it because they actually care about their game and their fans. Online could have been dead a LONG time ago if it wasn't for the dedication of the developers. Some people are just outright rude to them and it actually bothers me.

That is what you get when the spoiled kids grow up. You wheren't allowed to correct them the only way left after reason and treads failed. There you go.

And with time it gets as tiresome as the complains...

The problem with the internet is the lack of face-to-face interaction. When you are reading words on a screen it is easy to forget that there is a human being behind those words. Therefore, it is easy to reply in a way the is cruel or hurtful, a way you never would if you could see how your words effect the other person.
