shipping takes so much time in biowarestore... 5 days passed since i ordered a few things from store but they aren't shipped yet, that's the slowest store i ever met in the net.
why it takes so long to ship the order?

Hi! Did you open up a case with customer support? If not, you should. It shouldn't take that long to ship.
