So far, the Bioware posts seem to indicate that folks are binding their DLC to the wrong account; however, I logged in as soon as I installed the game, and it took me directly to the current profile on the forums.  I then went to redeem codes, and redeemed every last one I had (Blood Dragon Armor, Shale, Memory Band, Guildmaster's Belt).  Not only did those downloads not occur, the Luckstone ring is nowhere to be found either.  Not one thing shows as available on my DLC availalable tab, and nothing shows as downloading.  My profile also does not show my game as registered, despite my registering it as directed on the instruction manual.

This appears to be a real headache caused either by lack of testing or some lack of foresight by Bioware or EA.  Someone really ought to step up with a resolution soon (one that does not imply that the customer did something wrong).  I haven't played the game, and don't plan on it until the DLC issue is corrected.

I am running the PC version on a Vista system, and not inclined to use the user-posted apparent work-arounds for dowload issues on Windows 7 systems.  Using the latest version of Firefox as my browser (updated 24 hours ago).

Powers that be, where are you on this?

They were able to get me up and running, Roche420. I called EA, and the tech support folks were able to help me out over the phone. They issued new codes on their end, and everything worked out. I don't have the phone number handy, bu I did post it in another thread in the tech support forums.

Good luck.
