The base Human Soldiers gets a good kick out of it and the Con-Shots power, stagger, stagger, stagger. And you don't really need to aim either.

works great on snipers or any class that has a projectile power that forces phantoms to bring up their bubble, then you can stick all the nades onto them for lulz
