I have been kicked for listening to Frank Sinatra.

Well playing music over the mic is pretty annoying, although i would've just muted you.

I was in the lobby and when the game started I muted it. I dont play it while actually in a match as I listen for footsteps.

Yet they booted me for it after the match was done. Even sent me a message about it.

Well those players have bad taste in music and should feel bad. As Ziegrif said, they should be beaten with pianos.

To paraphrase what they sent me in that lovely message:

U R 2 OLD 2 PLY GAMEZ!!!!!

I think I've gotten kicked a few times for using the Human Soldier Falcon->Consussive Shot spam build. I guess it annoys other players.

I got kicked last night for playing a level 16 TGI with a Harrier II on gold. when I asked if I was kicked for being a level 16, they replied with "you mad bro? go cry someplace else" & his g/f called me an arrogant loser **** or something. lol

I lol'd & replied that I was happy to find another match because then I wouldn't have to help carry his gf either. lol (she had less than 15 hours clocked & he was at like 190 or something)

I should have just replied with how cute it was that the numbers in their gamertags matched. Would've thrown them off. lol too bad.

EDIT: Sinatra rocks. I want that character added to MP with the piano smash power. Maybe a passive tree called "The voice of Frank Sinatra" lol

I'd say you were pretty mad.

You cared enough to look up their N7HQ pages to see how long they've been playing. A guy who truly doesn't give a f*** wouldn't have sent them messages asking why he was kicked, and wouldn't have went out of his way to look up their ME3 accounts on the internet just to see how long they've been playing.

He would have just found another lobby and left it at that.

Have played 1706 games and it still hurts when I get kicked

The most annoying kick someone tried on me though was when I was the host and playing as a low level Female Adept - the player could have left for another match if they wanted

Only time I have ever heard someone say they want to kick me was when I was joining a game and heard them loading up for a missile glitch run - I exited before they could kick me

If a group wants to kick me for whatever reason then that's their problem

I've done my share of kicking players who have let the team down and who refuse to leave the lobby and kicked a few noobs who had low level Volus adepts - though I don't mind more experienced players having them and I love having a Volus Engineer on the team

Generally I don't care what people have as their loadouts - I don't care if they are level 1 on silver or gold as long as they help me get my credits and use their medgels when they die on the other side of the map from me

I been kicked in a gold game with a quarian engineer with a harrier.
Wave 10, mission accomplished. Then all of them die die except me. I finished the wave and at the exfiltration they all died again!
I finished the exfiltration alone and they kicked me.
I was really angry after this.

These players are registered here. When they remember, it would be nice to know the reason of this kick!!

I'm not going to entirely disagree with you. But I have my n7hq page up all the time, literally right next to me. I use it to update challenges. And i'm a curious/stat based person. It took literally 10 seconds to type in two names that differed by like 5 characters lol.

That said, your point is taken. I did choose to spend those 20-30 seconds on them. After those 30 seconds and those messages i blocked them and found a new match.

So mad? I don't think so, but the evidence is there for the argument to be made. So fair enough.

Assumption would be they didn't care about the extraction bonus, just that they finished the match 5 min sooner?

I got into a random plat match lobby before using a Demolisher with a Harrier and a GPS. They were all lvl 100-150 and before I could even think about exiting the lobby I got kicked! I laughed a long time a bout that one!

I'm not instigating, I came into this thread with logic and common sense. Even the guy I quoted knows that.

LOL I know his reputation. But TBH he had a point, so I figured I'd respond accordingly to explain that I do those things anyway regardless of my mood; in an attempt to debunk the support for his claim. lol But hey perhaps it simply sounds like denial (which is fair enough since most people do not know me personally).

Thanks though.

I wonder if Ashen has any stories of him being kicked?

Rarely, although people tend to assume I'm the one throwing out kick votes when it happens because of my absurdly high challenge rank and maxed out manifest. The mentality that the good players with high level equipment are all ****s isn't really limited to just BSN.

I haven't been kicked very often though I don't play a ton of gold so that is one big factor. I usually leave the lobby the moment I get one kick x beside my name. I do get the lost game connection message fairly often though, perhaps in those cases I am being kicked before I can see myself in the lobby.

Oh, and I prefer Dean Martin to Frank Sinatra.

Ok, I was curious because, you have posted that you play a lot of PUG, and some of you high level players are good enough to carry anybody - so you might not kick people just because you want to make the match more interesting to you.   Unless I am hosting a match I don't vote kicks ( I just leave ), as I'm not one of those high level players.

I will say that there were some high level players that had a reputation for kicking people all the time ( and posted such ), so there are some reasons why people will make assumptions.
