Adept: N7 Fury ❤❤❤ (make every thing explode and use teleportation)
Soldier: Krogan (smash everyone in my way)
Engineer: N7 Demolisher (makes more things explode XD)
Infiltrator: N7 Shadow (love chopping them phantom's heads)
Vanguard: Asari (kill enemies asari style)
Sentinel: Krogan (same reason from krogan soldier)

but i also like the Asari Justicar But i see my self playing with N7 Fury alot often

So many people say drell is their favorite adept, but I never see them in games. I tried him out the other day though and he is probably my favorite, so:

Adept: drell (or phoenix)
Soldier: geth (or devastator)
Sentinel: vorcha (one of my favorite classes period)
Engineer: FQE (rarely use any of them)
Infiltrator: salarian
Vanguard: batarian

I play infiltrators a lot, salarian w/ javelin or BW is my go to right now. Melee FQI w/ claymore or shadow w/ omniblade wraith are more fun, but more faction dependent. Used to use GI w/ hurricane a whole lot (or piranha for platinum.) Turian w/ thermal scoped harrier is my favorite for solos or surviving bad platinum pugs.

Could be because, even though they're a "favorite", they're still difficult to win with on Gold/Platinum. For instance, even though I love the QFE, I never bring her into my first match with PUGs on Platinum because I know that, if they fail on a wave, I can't very easily solo the rest of it. Overly squishy or strictly support characters tend not to be picked on G/P, especially with PUGs.

Hmm...okay...
Adept: Justicar. A tanky exploder with area denial capabilities. Nice.
Soldier: Tie, Human Soldier and Geth Trooper. A quadruple tap Raider vs. Flamer all the things showdown. Too close to call.
Sentinel: Batarian. He's a lot of fun on Silver, where Submission Net seems to really be effective.
Engineer: Human, the Fire Explosions are glorious.
Infiltrator: Quarian Male. Arc Grenades inbound!
Vanguard: Phoenix. This is my favorite melee build, golden with a Talon in hand.

I mainly run Soldiers, Engineers and Infiltrators nowadays. If I could find a good consistent Biotic team, I'd run my Justicar a lot more often.

That makes sense, I almost exclusively use infiltrators in platinum pugs for that reason. Too many games end up failing because of an impossible hack, and either no infiltrator, or no duration infiltrator, or no duration infiltrator that knows what they're doing.
