I've contacted support via the bioware store and haven't heard anything. Wondering if others have had similar issues.
The Liara 16GB MIMOBOT was missing the registration / DL code.
The Sheppard 16GB MIMOBOT had the registration / DL code but other than showing up in "registered" content in my profile, I've received nothing ingame (I play on XBOX live).
The MIMOBOTS are great, just "incomplete."

Open a support ticket on the store menu and they'll get that straightened up in time. Seems like the Liara one doesn't have a code in it, cause a lot of people have had this issue.

Thanks Legendary Chop Chop. Just got the code straightened out via the store support ticket. Unfortunately, they told me they can't help with DLC issues v/ regards to the code.

Not sure yet, I bundled my flash drives with the N7 shoes and they haven't shipped yet. I'm going to bet that the Liara code issue will affect mine as well, but I'll just go through the same routes as you guys have and get the issue taken care of if that happens.

Yeah same issue here with no DLC codes for Liara but my Shepard one registered as Liara on my account

Got my drives today. Can confirm there was no code in the Liara drive.
Shepard redeemed correctly on BSN but no new content was in the MP store.
People might want to hold off redeeming these codes until Bioware get this sorted.

contact EA for the MP gear. they will ask you a few questions so dont throw your code away

My Shepbot came with a code that redeemed fine through the Bioware site, but I received nothing in game on either Xbox or PC.

Hi, I have the same issue with a Shepard Mimobot, a number of you have mentioned that you raised a support ticket with the store, can someone post a link to where I can do this too? I have searched this site and the EA support, but only found the standard support link.

Well, I went to https://biowarestore.zendesk.com/home and interacted with a Rep named "Alex". He said I had to contact Bioware, but didn't give me any further direction. He was no help, unfortunately. I have a PM into Ms Domino. I hope I can get this resolved. Not that I bought the Mimobot only for that code, but I play a lot of MP, so the code would be nice to have.
I'll try the EA.com route now. It's just disappointing, though. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops.

I had very similar problems but was able to get them all resolved well. Hopefully this post will save others some fretting.
1. I ordered one Shepard and one Liara drive. I ended up getting two Liara drives. Store support staff sent me a Shepard drive and let me keep the Liara ones.
2. The Liara drives did not have the code cards for the multiplayer item packs. Store support staff emailed me a Liara drive code.
3. The codes registered okay but did not grant multiplayer item packs. EA support (after 25 minutes on the phone) advised the Reinforcement Packs would have just included basic stuff anyway and gave me 1000 BioWare points (with which I bought four Premium Spectre Packs).

For the XBox, this is what I was told to do:
Please try the following:
To clear your console's cache: (make sure you are signed out of XBOX live)
1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.
Then, (make sure you are signed out of XBOX live)
1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select console settings
4. Select clock
5. Select date and time
6. Change date to 11/15/2005
7. Accept and reboot console.
After that i want you to try and re download the content:
1. press the Guide button on the controller
2. go to the Settings area, and then select Account Management.
3. select Download History.
4. select the item that they want to download.
5. select Download Again.
Did all of these things and nothing showed up. There was nothing to "re-download" and using the codes again on Origin result in nothing.
Annoyed, I'm guessing this came about after they turned the Collector weapons into URs. I thought that's what these usually granted, collector weapons (per some posts from people redeeming comics/novels/statues).

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but I've had the same problem for about a month now. Bought a Shepard Mimobot Drive, put the code in here, says it registered, but recieved nothing in game

I'm in the UK, so I don't know if that has any bearing on why EA's Customer Service is so bad or not, but I was just going to see if there was anyone here that could help me out?
