 When I have done ALL quests in the area... I cant access the world map...  Does this have to do with the new patch or is one of my Add ons doing it?

Leave the town and hug the left of the map. You'll find a ramp up to the same "road" that you came in on (where you got attacked by bandits) occupied by two dwarves. The exit to the world map is there.

No... I click it...and my Toon just yells at me... no loading screen, no anything. and I haven't been able to find any clearly labeled Tech Help section... just stuff about storyline and tool set

You haven't registered the game yet. Go to My Games on the side, then Register Game

Note that this is a common glitch with that particular exit. Keep reloading and retrying until it works (that's what I had to do). I'd also report it as a bug in the tech forum, in a thread about this topic.

I encountered a similar problem when trying to leave Lothering. I was able to resolve the problem by uninstalling an older version of dim_Improved_Items and then reinstalling dim_Improved_Items_v15 using DAModder. I also removed Citadel.dazip and Ras_Armory-140.dazip but I am not sure if these contributed to my problem or not.  Try using the wsad keys, rather than right clicking (just for giggles).

I see this glitch every so often where a click won't let me through. But if I 'drive' the character to the exit I get the "Gather your party and venture forth?" pop up that lets me continue. Have you tried that?

fwiw, I ran into this with Character Respec installed. After uninstalling it I could travel.

I wish it was a forum requirement to have all of your installed addins listed in your profile before you were allowed to post a request for any kind of help.

ARRRRGGGGG i'm having the same problem and i can't seem to fin the update for that mod, nor anything else to do with it
