Krogan Soldier and his Inferno Nades I'd say. High damage nades on their own but capable of fire explosions with Carnage too.

Krogan Soldier.... inferno grenades are amazing + you can create fire explosions with carnage

Most people are idiots and don't realize the Deatroyer has one of the Top Three most powerful grenade abilities in the game. Doesn't need an ability (Reave, TC) or a combo (Fire Explosion) to boost/augment its absurd capability for destruction. Damage at rank 4, damage at rank 5 and additional grenades at 6. So ****ing absurd. Oh and it can actually be aimed accurately with little mid-range scatter.
Guess we should let the noobs keep pretending Cluster Grenades and Reave are superior lol.

I think the Asari vanguard grenades and the inferno nades from the krogan solider are of the best out there.
The Quarian arc grenade comes as a close 3rd imo.
But seriously... theres not many things that can kill a spawn spot as quickly as asari vanguard nades.
