Demolisher. She has two types of grenades. One for AoE and one for Homing. One is Anti-Shields/Barriers, and the other is Anti-Armor.

Best?  Inferno Grenades are awesome, just throw a couple at a group and then wait.  Maybe fire off a Carnage to blow stuff up.  Haha, they're dead!  But I'm too impatient for that, I want results NOW.  Lift grenades are awesome, and if you really had unlimited grenades, they're probably the best.  If you can only throw 2 grenades, Infernos are going to do more total damage.  If you can throw 10 grenades, Lift Grenades will kill whatever you're throwing them at before the Inferno DOT starts really taking its toll.

But if I had to pick, give me a Drell Adept with Cluster Grenades.  Reave, Grenade, BOOM, do some Karate flips to show off, repeat.  Maybe not the best, but definitely the most fun.

No, you're not. Fagnan already confirmed that each target can only be hit by ONE fragment at a time. And with the Radius evo, that "extra pisce" doesn't hit outside the original radius...so it becomes pointless.

I would go drellguard. Yeah, adept has his own asplosions, but he doesn't have power synergy or shield recharge to keep himself upright. Clusters are just way too fun.

BatSol would probably be more effective, being honest, but inferno 'nades are comparatively boring to the bouncy-castle fun times that are clusters.

Destroyer would be scary just because of the Oh God Why force they have (2.5k+ force * 5 is scary). For actual boss melting, QFI, then QME and HFI unless force has some decent damage behind it (not enough vs bosses iirc).

Just saying, with Sabotage and TC an infinite number of nades doing 10k damage would OBLITERATE bosses. Heck they do the same damage vs shields than the QMI's spec'd for shield damage (~6.2k damage each).

Demolisher, hands down. Only being restricted by animation speed would probably come out to something like 20K Dps or something equally ridiculous against all damage types, plus explosions and literally unending DoT with no shield defense.

The class is completely bonkers broken with an economic cap in place, without said cap it would be a literal cakewalk to kill anything and literally everything in the game with complete and total impunity.

Played some platinum hazard giant games, and got all three nade challenges in two missions. Nothing else really needs to be said.

Broken.

The Lift Grenades are THE strongest grenade in the game.

Otherwise I'd say Krogan Soldier, Inferno Grenades have the best DoT and can set uf an entire spawn for a Fire Explosion...and can melt Brutes and Atlas' like butter.


They're awesome, but best? Debatable, plenty of streng candidates.


They have the HIGHEST damage of all grenades.
ANd before you say "Inferno -blah blah-" that is DoT, not the same, yes higher overall, but Lifts are instant damage.


When I tried Lift Grenades on bosses, they did nothing at all. So I'd vote for prettymuch anything else.

The thing is all the grenades in this game are really really good. Each excel at different things. Clusters, Lifts, and Arcs can all nuke spawns quickly. Inferno, Sticky and Homing all demolish armored targets. Frag and Multi-Frag are great for staggers in tight spots.

MFG is the only grenade who has >1000N of force without Power passives. It reliably staggers all kinds of Human-sized enemies.

If you have unlimited grenades, their damage will not be your concern (as you can just spam them), but their CC effect will be.

Lift grenades, by quite a long way; so the asari vanguard or krogan sentinel. Depends on the power bonus you could get from charge, tech armour, passive or fitness power bonuses.

In the final wave of a match, if I have 2 or 3 thermal clip packs left and I'm playing AV I just spam lift grenades like they're going out of fashion, and they decimate everything, no combos needed.
The only thing that stops them is the phantom/banshee hand of denial or the praetorian safety bubble.


Edit: drell infiltrator with cloak damage bonuses might turn out to be crazy powerful.

I vote for the MQE. Arc grenades/incinerate both spec'd with DOT damage equals complete carnage to spawn points. The demolisher's homing grenades are to slow for me. The MQI can drop a lot of initial damage, but you don't quite get the tech or fire damage combo you can do with the MQE.

I completely forgot about this.

Cloak, sabotage with vulnerability, and unlimited stickies would eat bosses alive. Hell it would eat everything alive!

I'd say MQE  2 explosions in just 2 skills... Arc>Incinerate (Tech burst) > Arc (Fire Explosion)... I dunno its really hard to tell nades are limited for a reason..

I have used my grenades to save fellow team mates from phantoms, banshees, brutes and praetoians. The multi-grag grenades are simply awesome, with these grenades you can wipe out whole spawns on bronze or silver in less than 5 seconds with 3 or 4 shots.

You ask 'spamming grenades' - a Demolisher can lob 11 in a row, more with a good Warfighter Package.


Of course no grenade cap , I m surprises everyone get a different answer for that :blink: , at first I thought demolisher hands down the best but it seems not,

Yeah I don't understand why someone thought that was a trolish suggestion. Plus, you can get to any of your targets immediately, and you get the power bonus from Biotic Charge rank 5 on top of it. I vote Asari Vanguard.

My vote goes to the krogan sentinel. With the 30% power damage bonus from tech armor, his "lift" grenades are stronger than an asari vanguard's (unless she charges first and gets 40% bonus). The tankiness of the krogan would make him a spawn nuking machine.

But I do think the most fun would be the destroyer Image IPB

There are only 2 real options: drell adept (bc reave + cluster = even more splosions) or asari vanguard (after biotic charge).

The question is about grenades, not the other abilities of the kit (unless they impact the grenades).

Hmm.... Arc grenades are pretty effective, as are lift grenades. I'd say one of those two.

Those two aside, homing grenade spamming would be fun- oh wait, I already do that with my pylon :D

Haven't used multifrag yet, so I can't really say anything there.
