Lift Grenades overall. Easy to use, good for all ranges of combat, large radius of damage, and excellent damage for a grenade. If the Asari Vanguard or the Krogan Sentinel had infinite supplies of them and can chuck them equally as fast as they can now, they'd be best characters in the game hands down.

If I can combine two grenade powers, I'd go with Arc Grenades to deal with shields and Inferno Grenades to deal with armor.

 I go with Drell Adept.  Prime everything with reave then set off biotic explosions with cluster grenades.  Do that as fast as reave cooldown allows.
