The AA/AV with a scoped Paladin or sniper rifle has always been an incredibly weak setup when the Wraith/Piranha exist as alternatives.

Why is the Paladin incredibly weak?

The Paladin is a good weapon, and the AA is a good class but the combination is weak in comparision. The Stasis then headshot routine people like to use with the Paladin is virtually ineffective against Reapers and Collectors because their most dangerous units are immune to it. Even against the Geth, you're not going to bleed the wave budget dry as fast as you would against Cerberus by killing Phantoms.

A Paladin headshot does slightly more damage than a Wraith body shot. The time it takes a player to line up a headshot on a trooper with a Paladin, is time that I would spend acquiring my next target because I killed the first one with a body shot from the Wraith.

It takes the same amount of time to line up a hit as it does a miss.  Sure, you are more likely to not miss a body shot with the Wraith vs a head shot with a Paladin... that doesn't make the Paladin incredibly weak.

I think you are offering more of an indictment against stasis sniping than running the Paladin, which is weaker than using the right power for the right job.  All those targets that are immune to stasis take bonus damage if you use the correct power, and they all will take more bonus damage if you are shooting them in the head.

As a pure weapon decision, I wouldn't call the Paladin incredibly weak relative to the Wraith, but it does lag at close to moderate range, and is superior at long range.

That's fantastic! Good job and good time too!

I've never been able to give stasis bubble on my Asari Adept, but seeing how effective she can be without it makes me reconsider...

I usually take the bubble too, then use last evo from passives for shields, with full squad it's more than enough even on platinum. But if you take Acolyte, stasis is a waste of points, and I really needed those shields for solo on this map.

The lack of an option to tweak the sensitivity settings from the default low sensitivity on consoles made it that much more hilarious when a PC speedrun record was broken by console gamers.

So it looks like it's indeed the fastest asari adept gold solo vs reapers? Awesome!

Thank you all for your comments.

Beautiful! Been waiting for someone to make an AA solo vid like this. Very inspirational!

Perhaps I too can solo gold with her... Better try bronze first I guess ;) . First bronze, then silver,

then gold! I can do it! Thank you Caratinoid!

I've used the asari adept very successfully on platinum with the scorpion. BEs are very good against clustered mixed units.

I've never seen anyone use her on platinum except me, good job! Almost any weapon works well on her, you can even use something as heavy as Claymore and still be effective.
