I liked her look best in the original Mass Effect. Are there any mods for ME2 or maybe ME3 that changes her look back to the original? I looked online, but mods for this game are really hard to find. Thank you

Hey there. I've sent a lot of time combing through the mods for all three games and, unfortunately, no I haven't seen anything like that. I have specifically looked for it.
If I do see it created in the future though, I'll make a mental note to send it your way via PM. Her texture map doesn't change in ME3 for the default so any mod from ME3 can be used in ME2 and vice versa.
