I read the below in the PC tech support secion, i have the exact same problem on the PS3 version, will there be a patch or something to fix this problem? I really dont want to do that part of the game again, i didnt notice i had the problem until 12 hours after i had completed the quest....

I don't think anyone else has found this yet.  So after I recruited Wynne and completed the 'Broken Circle' quest, I didn't get a 'quest complete' notification.  I thought nothing of it at first, but now when I try to talk to Wynne at the camp, the screen goes black.  It's like I'm meeting her for the first time again.  I've tried going back to the circle, but the templars react like I've completed that quest.  The door is locked aswell. If there's a console code for going through walls, I could probably go back up there and kill the demon again.

A note:  Try not to speed through the dialouge in the quest.  I think that's what caused this glitch"
