Hi,

I have one question.
Since the wii version of the game is coming this month after about 7 months of playing other version. It is going to be possible to transfer one of your older accounts to the wii U?
I don't know if manifest are shared already between platforms.

From a business stand point think that this is a good idea for boosting ME3 wuu sales, since nobody who have sinked 400+ hours in another version is going to start over again even if results to be the ultimate version of the game, you will also populate the system with people well equiped so they can help the new people to complete missions. just remember how you had to buff the factions to match the average player after they started to max rare weapons.

Transferring between different platforms is not going to happen.
It's well known that when you buy something on a console with real money the person who owns that platform gets a cut of it.

If transferring was something that was done wide scale would that company also deserve a cut of it? What about the original company do they deserve to lose that cut because technically that content is no longer on their platform?

Up until the update, any weekend challenge packs I earned on one platform was also available on the other. Also, Galactic Awareness is carried over all platforms. I doubt that there's much in the way to keep manifest data separate.

Not everyone's friends own the same console and I would probably play the multiplayer on my PlayStation copy, helping to keep multiple online communities alive.

You are incorrect, there is nothing being done to explicitly seperate them.

Think of what you have with equipment, challenge progress etc. as achievements/PS3 trophies it is a far closure analsysis.

The reason why weekend challenge things are now not all 3 platforms is this:
Before we didnt track explicity the account you were playing on so we gave your account an entitlement (yes all EA games share the same entitlement account, but not game data)

So the entitlement that was given to your account was one that applied to all platforms.

Now the challenge system rewards you an entitlement for the platform you completed it on.

To sum it up, what you are comparing is 2 entirely different systems
