Population needs to realise that beeing commercial, popular, easygoing, beeing a great entrypoint for newcomers does not bring quality and depth.

To be fair CoD4 WAS pretty damned good actually, and i'm glad that its there instead of every CoD game that came after.

That said, shouldn't have a higher "for" count than any of the other PC classics.

The truth is that ME3 is beaten by Pacman in this poll. Must be true! 

On an all time greatest game list, I'm not serprised. Pacman is way more popular and sold more.

When I look at this poll, I see a list of games chosen for their supposed contribution towards advancing what video games can do, being voted 'rocks' or 'sucks' by people who couldn't give a damn about such matters voting down anything that they are too young to have played. I thought given this, the huge 'NO' vote for a recent game like ME3 was indicative of something, but that too is open to question if you can indeed repeat vote.

The fact is that ME3 is a good game, with a unique feature (using a character you being growing since the first game). It didn't reached the expectations of the fans, mostly since it was a really high expectation (and bioware was careless about that. They should have thought better the thing they would say on interviews, and they should have fight for a extensive production time, to get it right. Only done when it's done), but it still a extremely good game.

Ok you clarified that you think its good, that fines its your opinion, I personally thought it was awful.

but that leads to the question do you honestly believe the game is "good" enough to be considered among the 100 greatest games of all time.

This list is a complete joke...there are hundreds of games that are way better than ME3. I could name at least 20 titles even in my sleep. Besides...Sonic franchise stands way higher than ME3, and that's because if you say even a word "Sonic" everybody knows what you mean. If you say Mass Effect, there are a lot of people that don't even know that a series like this exist.

Also...No Baldur's gate?! No Planescape:Torment?! Those are kings of RPG game...there, even during ending you had 16 choices during a simple dialoque...and every option gave you 16 more! Really...this list is bu****it

We're talking about a list where the people who are voting in it consider ME3 to be a better game than:

Half Life 2
Metal Gear Solid
Diablo 2
Legend of Zelda
Final Fantasy VII
Oblivion
Knights of the Old Republic
Chrono Trigger
Deus Ex

So yeah, i wouldn't go taking this list seriously, nor as the one beacon of "truth" on how people feel about the game. Cause looking at this list it's pretty obvious that there are a lot of people voting in it who aren't gamers, very casual, or are young and have only been gaming for a few years.
