I have contacted EA but they have been no help...

Anyone know what the problem with this is? It says I don't have any 'data' uploaded. I always play Origins logged into my ea account and I have tried many times to sync my account to bsn but it never works. The game is registered but my player profile just won't work/sync\\...

Can anyone help me?

Have you got the developer console enabled? I guess it can prevent the upload of character data properly.
