Pretty much. And Garrus is one of my favorite video characters of all time.

Master Chief is a genetacally modified super soldier. He is stronger, faster, and more durable than any normal soldier.

You might want to read into the Chief's backstory. If there is a character who has been "infused" with war, it's him.

Master Chief is around 7 feet tall, has super human abilities and has the best training as a spartan. Not to mention the fact he has way more advanced technology thanks to born in the in 26th century.

He's Trained in Gurilla Warfare, Obviously you havent read the Fall of reach, And Mjilonir Armor is quieter than you think.
But you know what, I'll bite like Barqs Root Beer.
What equipment and Abilities does Garrus Have?
You havent specified his rifle,
or other Abilities.
Or why they're fighting in the first place

So I don't Tax your small Asari Brain, I'll equip them.
Garrus: Rifle: Black Widow.
Abilities: His ones from ME2/ME3

Master Chief:
Rifle: Binary Rifle
Secondary Side arm: M60 Magnum Pistol
Grenades: Type-1 Plasma Grenades
Armor Abilities: Hardlight Shield

Why are they Fighting: Mix-up, Turians do look like Elites from the right angle, So chief took the first shot.
Rather than Garrus talking his way out of it, ad the two go off on a badass adventure.

The Fight: Garrus Hits Chief with overload, but as the he fires the widow, Chief deflects it with a hardlight shield. When Garrus begins to reload Chief Blasts his head off with the Binary rifle. Then walks away in slow motion.
