I just finished my first playthrough after about 87 hours of gameplay (dalish elf rogue). So, here is my tribute!
Thank you for:
- most importantly, writting/using a really great story;
- making a game that long where I didn't feel bored a single minute. I mean 87 hours!!! I remember finishing Mass Effect and felt I would have taken much more of the story. Now I feel satisfied, but hey, even after 87 hours, I'm still ready for more because this game is astonishing
- making a game so complex in decision making. Without a choice of Good/Bad decisions, it's just great.
- making a replayable game!!
- giving life to great NPCs. Morrigan is one of a kind, Oghren is plain fun, etc.
I could go on and on. At first, I was not so sure about hp/mana regeneration between battles and the controls (360 version, I would have loved to play PC, but not strong enough), but after few hours those thoughts vanished and I really enjoyed the hours I dedicated to this game. Bioware, I've been a fan since Baldur's Gate and you always find a way to amaze me with your games!
After DAO and what you have done there, I'm really looking forward ME2!!!!
Please continue to take real care of great stories for RPG.
