Such an amazing movie. That and Moon (coincidentally) are two of my favourite movies, sci-fi or otherwise, ever.Kabooooom wrote...

If we could, the series would be replayable for me. As it stands now, they're collecting dust.

If you truly loved her, you should buy the game for the pc...or buy a better pc to play the game.
In all seriousness, yes I agree.

Maybe stand further back next time though...
Yes, lived for a few more excruciating seconds, before you continue to bleed profusely onto the cold concrete floor which is subsequently adding to the level of shock throughout your body. Not to mention the infections in your blood because Lord knows what kind of diseases the Catalyst had which your open wounds were exposed to. You then also feel the trauma of these previous wounds and the new blunt trauma suffered from the concrete slabs falling on top of you as you go into cardiac arrest from a lack of blood being circulated back into your heart.
In other words.. The 'best' ending.
High EMS Destroy! Now with Jade8aby88's sh*tty&depressing headcanon, so he can get some attention to his even more sh*tty Puzzle Theory! For fanhate!
Anyway, as DeinonSlayer said, High EMS Destroy is definitely good enough, of course it'd be perfect if Crucible didn't target any of my allies, but...damn, everyone knew what's at stake.

In my ME3 Commander Date (dot-tay) Shepard. Child of Mindoir. War hero of Elysium. Did not turn himself over to the Alliance after deciding to keep the Collector Base rather than destroy it. He contacted Emily Wong and gave her the best interview of her career. In which he layed out what was happening to human colonist in the Terminus Systems. What the Reapers did to them and what they were planning to do with all other advanced species in the cosmos. Giving her and the auiedance high-level access to pictures, files and footage that would be highly classified under most circumstances. But in a case such as this Shepard feels that letting the galactic community see the horrors of the Reaper harvest will gain his team more public support and put more pressure on the powers to be to get sh!t done and prepare for war.
After telling his story, Shep and his team along with many Quarian and Cerberus teams explore and do salvage on many derelict vessel on the other side of the Omega 4 Relay.
Following this endeavor Shepard urges the Illusive Man and Cerberus to capiltilize on the good will that they have gained for dealing with the Collector threat. As the Systems Alliance gained legitamcy after the First Contact. Defeating the Collectors is Cerberus chance.
Shepard becomes a mediator and peacemaker betwixt the quarians and geth. Since the geth have allowed the Migrant Fleet to return to Rannoch -- the quarians have vowed to aid Shepard in the fight against the Reapers. On Heretic Station Shepard created a third option: saying to Legion, "The geth heretics did much harm to my people and others when they worshiped and obeyed the Reapers. I would see them make restituition..." So the geth heretics are reprogrammed and become Commander Shepard`s Private Synthetic Army and Workforce.
Shepard has become disillusioned with the Citadel Council and the Aliiance. Before the Reapers invade in full force. He doesn't really spend much time or energy anymore trying to get the Council races to get thier act together.Perhaps Shepard has become somewhat over-confident. After defeating the Collectors witihout any assistance from the Council or the Alliance. Or it may be that Shepard sees that this conflict with the Reapers could be a chance for races and groups that were once marginalized to step up to the plate and become a force to rival or surpass the power and influence of the Council on the galactic stage. The Quarians, the Geth, Cerberus, Clan Urdnot -- the Rachni..
While Commander Shepard did accept his reinstatement as a Spectre. His growing popularity in the Terminus systems along with having his own private army. Can't help many from seeing how similar Shepard's power now is to what the rogue Spectre Saren Arterius once possessed.Shepard even has powerful krogan allies on account of Urdnot Wrex, Grunt and others.
Unfortunately even with the Shadow Brokers resources at his fingertips. Shep was unable to find where his ally the Rachni Queen is.
Because Shepard kept the Collector Base the Reapers decide to harvest this cycle out of fear of what organics could learn about them and what technology they could be inspired to create from it. They reach Batarian space and decimate it 6 months after Shepard defeated the Collectors and claimed thier Base as his spoils of war. And not long after this: The Galactic War Begins...
Wow this is pretty good... I think I may have to turn it into a Blog

My perfect ending? Shep charges the beam and gets blown to smithereens, Liara's message saves the next cycle from the Reapers.
But tragedies are my favorite genre, and they are a dead genre. Hollywood, happy, puppies and rainbows endings are the norm these days.
And many people like that - and that's okay. But it's just not for me.
One of my two favorite endings to sci-fi stories are the ending to Sunshine and the ending to Reach. *spoiler alert* everyone dies. But in doing so, they are heroes. Their actions indirectly save the lives of countless others. There's beauty in that ending, I think. And arguably more so than a contrived happy ending. But that is just a matter of opinion.
and opinions differ. you sir are a open minded person. /salute
when i play a game - i want the avatar to survive or at least die with a blaze. to me, heros dont have to die to underline the importance - and if they have to die, it should be with the gun in their hand.
i am more in for the "classic hero ending" - i like a good drama or tragedy but in a game where i am allowed to be the hero, it felt not good.
my favourate ending is mehem. "not as disnay, as some peolpe say" - but it gives the feeling of accomplishment.
i dont like it, when people say "disnay ending" - this is entertainment and to some people, a "disnay ending" is what they need after a long hard day at work. its a ying/yang thing i guess.

Shepard should be forced to make a really hard decision with horrible consequences to mirror those we made back in ME1. You have to chose between sacrificing all if humanity, or all the other council species. Or risk the destruction if all life.
For extreme renegade low EMS I would have The series end in a dark tone, with Shepard indoctrinated and in fact helping the reapers finish this cycle.
For low EMS paragon, he/she would snap out of indoctrination shoot herself but still the galaxy would be consumed. The only thing left would be liara's capsule which would be the last remaining hope for the future generations.

He goes up, doesn't know what happens, some space yoda shows up and tells him that he can toss a coin (Trust/not trust him) and choose what will happen... really? My Shepard is a Soldier, he never wins by tossing a coin. It's not even a rational decision!
So he chooses to refuse, because at least he won't risk total extinction if the starbrat is lying to him...he doesn't know what we players know, so it's logical to fight to the end with all of his friends, and with all the armies he gathered together by working very hard. With all of this...maybe, just maybe they can win or leave hope for next cycle.
For my Shepard? The non existing choice:
Crucible fires but only weakens the reapers, then he fights one last time (we players play one last time) with all of our squadmates (from all games). We get some decisions to make like who will go where etc. We fight the weakened reapers and we win depending on all of our choices! Then we get a decent epiloque whrere we get to know what happened to every character that we become close to.

[shepard approaches the broken corpse of harbinger]
shepard: it's over.
[the red lightning pulses through harbinger]
harbinger: shepard, we are the habinger of your perfection.
[the entrance ramp onto the reaper slowly descends but there is too much smoke coming from the inside to tell who is walking down. the silhouette of a man is eventually revealed and as the smoke slowly clears, a clone of shepard is revealed but this clone is pure renegade.]
then shepard has to fight it mortal kombat style
