Same here. I've played with others BSNers through friends I already have, but I never remembered running across em in PUB's.

In a match vs Collectors, IIRC, he used the Phoenix Adept. He destroyed almost everything. 

no human soldier with acolyte no fitness and cryo rounds?

I am sure I was in that game as well, Gollum is a beast.

ISHYGDDT saw me in a game apparently, since he commented on my skills in another thread, but I'm ashamed to say I do not really remember playing with him. Although, I seem to vaguely remember a match with someone who had SHY in his name, which may have been on Firebase Dagger. Memories tend to blur when you play as many random matches as I do.

The only thing I usually take note of is what class people are playing; I notice things like: the Krogan got himself killed by a Banshee again, the Salarian is capturing the objective, that's the fifth time I had to resurrect that Fury. Things like that.

I am afraid I am the same. I tend to be aware of team mates not by name but by character they play.

i've run into a couple of bsn'ers in public games.....ran into a 1 last night: known hero.....we got in a few games....i've met more bsn'ers through others in private games though

on a side note: running into known hero shows me it might be time for me to post less...it showed me i post too much when people start to recognize my name

I truly feel sorry for any BSN members that meet me in random games. 1.) I'm horrible with names so I probably wouldn't recognize you if I don't already know you. 2.) I am jacking around about 80% of the time so you'll probably think I'm an imbecile for running around using a melee Demolisher or Disruptor »» Throw tech bursts as primary means of damage. Its just how I keep from getting bored :shrug:




3.) I'm playing with another BSN member who really enjoys kicking people for any reason she can come up with. We once invited her friend to a lobby, then promptly booted him. Even though I'm 36, I still act like a 12 year old at times.

I remember when you two were p'laying hazard glacier for the first time and kept shooting the swarm when the other was standing near it.  She has vented me in the Reactor Core at least twice.

I can remember a few, however they may not know me. My name should be easy to remember tho. And sorry to those that try to friend request me WITHOUT even playing with me first, sorry if its rude to ignore people but dont do that that's coming on too strong, stalkerish even. I only play with friends... I don't usually run into forumites that often. But I still see a friendly face or two.

I've had my share of encounters like many others, but it is a rare treat when someone brings up my Ryncol Light threads. I still do a fair amount of PUGs if I'm only on for a quick match or two; even do a quick public silver as I wait on friends. I'm nobody special or necessarily a top notch player, but most people tend to let me hang around...even if I use a Drell Adept with a Scimitar/Acolyte combo.

@Kalas & UKStory - Still the only two players who will stay in the center of Rio with me regardless of difficulty.

@Ashen - We've never played despite the number of public games played between us. Before the server is down for good, this must change.

@Buckshot - If that friend is who I think it is, then she's done that to me too. Though not for some time.

Lol only one i can think of that sends me lots of invites is RNC. which i feel bad cause i'm always in full games when he does. I need to get some games in with him soon for sure. I'm always down for a super party.

I don't think people who ever saw me on BSN would play with me without realising it's me, given this forum name is my gamertag... But I don't remember any particular encounters myself.
