Yeah, you wait, Regen should be near instant after the 3rd stack but there are severe delays.

Did you test this by taking an Atlas rocket to the face by any chance? Since the patch, some enemy attacks (like Atlas rockets) have ammo effects now that do burning damage over time and prevent health regen.

I noticed on my Vorcha Sentinel. It's to know someone noticed this

I haven't noticed this (though I haven't played many rounds as Vorcha), but I'm more inclined to believe the issue is that your health status is now governed by the host, meaning it's affected by lag. But now I'm curious and would like to see it for myself.

Er, might be just you Stardusk. I play the vorcha sentinel quite often and haven't noticed this problem.

When I do play (not much lately), I've played Vorcha exclusively. That's still like 90 matches as Vorcha... I have not observed any issues with health regen on the Soldier or the Sentinel when I switched to him. Nothing remarkable post-patch except for the server-side health gating (or what seems that way).
