Just play. Reapers 4 times over now (although it's stuck again in the manifest ) and all I did was play.

Solo wave 1 Reapers/Gold/Glacier = 13k points in less than 5 minutes.
I'm there myself, all I need is 57k points, so I'll spend half an hour tomorrow grinding this so I can display my banner proudly

Seriously, take a Kroguard and set up a U/R/G match. Solo the first two waves, killing nothing but Husks. I'm getting about 30k in 11-13 minutes each time. I very much doubt there's a faster way.
