Oh you know, water, at a certain temperature and pressure becomes gas. The process is often called "evaporation". Under common European circumstances, we inlanders say this happens to water at the temperature of 100 Celsius (or if you like, 173 Kelvin (aprox.) ). What I know not in Fahrenheit (sp?) is when does this happen. I know what 32 F is and 100 F, but apart from that, I have no idea of the system.
