Am a happy boy.  That N7 Mastery was a real slog.

Never saw the appeal of grinding for challenges.

Congrats anyway though. Hopefully your Ausfailian internet is a bit better than mine.

I gotta admit, I used to be all about them top 5 Australian challenge points. I have since stopped caring though, don't even care about finishing banners that are close to done, I have Survivor, Nomad, Warfighter and Marksman and that's all I need.

Thanks all. About the only thing that felt "grindy" was the N7 Mastery, and 2 or 3 weapons. I actually enjoyed playing the wide variety of classes and weapons. Mind you, I always was like that and usually rocked what many would term "sub-optimal" builds. I've generally always enjoyed the challenge of figuring them out and making them work well on at least Gold, if not Platinum.

Oh, and to the above, am I really a boy? Well, I am a boy at heart, but aren't most of us who play video games into our adulthood?

Stew's no grinder, he just plays the game. Rather well, as a matter of fact.

Congratulations, you are the king of grinders in this part of the world.

Congratulations. But remember, that if you play PUGs most of them will see your banner this way:

Congrats. Sclera, are you Australian? That would explain the lag I got when I ended up in a lobby you were hosting. :P

Yeah I am, was that a ghost/geth game the other day? What's your Origin ID?

Origin ID is unknownmerc42. I don't remember when we played exactly (it was recent), but I do have a thing for remembering names.

Good work stew. We haven't played together in a while, but I remember running around with you a few months ago doing gold games (before plat even came out!). Nice to see the banner.

Thanks once again all.  I really do just enjoy playing for the most part, and that's why I have the banner quickly.  I won't say that there haven't been the occasional moments of frustration where I've walked away for a while, or extreme frustration at being trolled by the RNG store for 80 SP's in a row with no UR, but those bad store days are all past now (maxed manifest).

Is that because like most PUGs, they're lying on the ground after bleeding out 30 seconds into each wave?

(P.S. I do understand your intended reference FWIW)

Awesome achievement--always wondered what the ME3 banner would look like--very well done indeed!
