I bought the complete version from gamersgate and I have a few questions.

Is it possible to just install nwn2 without addons?

Is there anything I specifically need to know about patching etc to play online with  my wife?

Will it be fully patched?

"Is it possible to just install nwn2 without addons?" Why? You'll be missing the extra content such as races and spells that you can use in the original campaign, and most all community content requires the additions, especially more recent content.
