Rather keep him in the loby. Tell him he don't seem ready but he's welcome to stay, listen and learn. Then teach him the basics like how to take cover, not rush off on his own, hold a position, move when needed to, do objectives, VERY IMPORTANT! when to and when not to use consumables and how to do objectives. After the game he will probably realize he needs to go back to bronze. He will be gratefull, more friendly, have learned a lot about the game and the whole community will be stronger.
We were all bronze once ... just saying.

lol, hell no.
no one did that for "us" ( people playing since march)
he most likely has the internet and is capable of learning some things on his own.

Just because no one did it for you, doesnt mean you shouldn't do it for others! It's a co-op game, we should be helping people get better, not kicking them out and treating them like crap. :/
I, for one, love helping the newbies. They're so cute!! And they generally try their best and they're great. Bless them

I didnt advocate" treating them like crap"
People take being kicked far too personal.
its a 4 man team with thousands of games and lobbies avaiilable if one doesnt fit.

Have you ever heard of reverse racism? Yah. What you just said is reverse elitism.Obtaining Consensus wrote...

No mic = i'm not going to teach anyone. However i don't kick peeps unless they are horrible (don't use consumables, play with no equipment but fail completely) and will try to get them extracted if they put on level 1 equipment and use their medigel/rockets (even if its not used well like shooting a lone atlas)

I didn't mean that you were, I'm sorry. There seems to be a negative mindset behind kicking low-ranking players, however, and that's more of the issue than anything else. I, for one, tend to become a little distressed at being kicked from a match due to a severe anxiety disorder. Some people can't help but 'take it personally'. That's the thing. It's not someone being delicate (/other term here), sometimes its something beyond their control.
Idk at the very least you could hop on mic and explain to them why they're being kicked. I'd still give them a chance, though. People might surprise you! And it never hurts to be nice.

Op just gave a bad example, a n7 level 8 bronze player with sh*t for guns
I would rather play with someone who is invested by consumables than a higher player who isnt.

Every PuG i've given the "benefit of the doubt", they have turned out to be absolutely terrible and for the most part, useless.
Edit: This is when I'm by myself. With 2 freinds with me, we'll happily roll with bad players as long as they're trying.

If that level 8 N7 8 shows up, dont kick him like an eletist #@$^^.
Wrong. When I was N7 8 , level 8 I had an avenger I with no mods , no ammo consumables and 1 missile. So I wasn't looking for gold/plat games. Know your place...

There's only so much you can learn by being carried and dying every nanosecond in a difficulty you can't handle.

But yes. Remember, low N7 people (less than 120) have to LEARN that Gold/Plat and even Silver is not for them yet.

Some players simply starts matches without any equipment at all, and then dies in every waves, every corners of the map...

Pretty much this if I understood clearly
If a noob joins a gold or platinum dying 4 times each wave he's not going to learn anything at all.
If you revive him the thing he knows is that he can die because you'll revive him. If he bleeds out he'll probably leave the match when is bored/pissed. What strategy will he learn? Nothing if 90% of the time is spent on the floor or hiding somewhere/running for his life.

From my experience, if you don't kick him, he'll leave in waves 1-3 after dying few/many times.

And everyone should just be willing to basically be a player down because of this? Sorry, I have to disagree. I knew going into the game to start in Bronze and see how the game played out. Once I was comfortable and Bronze was too easy I made the jump to Silver (not right to Gold). I stuck in Silver for a while since after getting crushed on Gold with some friends (like a wave 3 wipe) not long after the jump and I didn't want to play Gold again for a while (if you HAVE to learn, do it on your own time). Finally Silver was just way too easy and I knew this when I ended up having to duo it, so I decided to solo Gold and told myself if I didn't make it to at least wave 4 I wasn't ready. I made it to wave 7 (without really knowing how to kite, I used missiles to hold a wave 3 hack circle) and knew I was ready.
The difference? I was already above N7 120, but I still knew my place and had the common courtesy not to be dead weight to a group in Gold. If I am with 2 friends and I know we can handle it anyways in a decent time I will let anyone play at least one game. If I am by myself, I am a little more picky (though not enough honestly) since I have had some terrible experiences with "bad" players and even new players that quit by wave 3 because it was too much for them.
