 I saw in the store that now there is a mass effect trilogy. I want to know: it come with the DLCs too, or just the base games? and I already have the mass effect 2. what will happens if I buy the trilogy?

Exact content depends on platform but basically expect only free DLC. All paid DLC must still be purchased separately. Having ME2 really doesn't change much AFAICS, you'll just end up with a second copy of the game.

can I give my second copy to a friend as a gift? I don't need two copies of the same game...

For all we know just yet, you could get it all on a single DVD, so your original disk may be the duplicate.
