When I went to Denerim many many many saves ago, I went to the back alleys before checking the chanters board. I was attacked in two of the alleys. Afterward I went to the chanters board and got the back alley justice question. Now I can't get any people to spawn in the Dirty Back Alley - the alley closest to the Pearl.
Is there a way to force them to spawn?
Windows Vista, intel core 2 quad processor 2.33GHz, 6 GB RAM, using the latest version of the game.

Unfortunately not; just save them for a new game, and remember to check the chantry board before exploring Denerim! It is annoying, but I figure one has to be pragmatic about these things...
