So,

Your hero has been blasted by Harbinger.

Shot by Marauder Shields.

Severly bleeding alongside Anderson.

Passing out before the Console.

Then walking straight towards an exploding tube. Flames and fragments everywhere.

Friends and allies bravely run away.

Current location (The Star Child's nest) unknown to everyone.

How does your Shepard survive after End03-ShepardAlive-*.bik

All suggestions welcomed!

Also interested in thoughts on how Shepard becomes a legend. Since all anyone know is that he/she entered the Citadel. After that it's just assumptions.

I ignore everything that happens after the magic space elevator activates. Shepard passed out from his injuries and after the crucible defeated the Reapers (it just fired its magic beam as soon as it connected to the citadel) a squad went up the citadel through the magic beam and got Shepard out of there, gave him medi gel and got him to a field hospital.

Shepard fights off Starbinger's voice in his head as he blows the Catalyst and the reapers back to hell.

He gets thrown into the air and has a conversation with the Starbinger who is supremely pissed off, Shepard then watches as the giant red ball engulfs the Citadel and then spreads beyond. He goes back down the lift, gets Anderson's dogtags, and then makes his way back to the beam.

The Citadel starts to break apart around him and he barely hobbles back into the beam in time. The explosion throws him out halfway down back to Earth and he smaskes into an already destroyed building.

And that's as far as ive gotten so far.

My Shepard survives by not being a complete and utter moron. Firing at the tube and, as it starts to explode, turning and running back to the elevator that brought him up.
The elevator must be set to automatically ascend or descend as there is no other explanation for it to bring Shepard up to the catalyst.
Once back down, he moves as quickly as he can hobble back to the beam and just as he touches ground in London, is thrown into the rubble by a pulse of energy as the beams power is cut.

Shepard is on the Citadel, at the bottom of the base of the Presidium tower, which we see is still intact. Omnitool and cybernetics are still functioning (Destroy only targets Reaper tech), meaning communications are still possible and location can be determined from the tool. Plenty of survivors on the Citadel - you can see a lot of aircar traffic along the ward arms in the background during the TIM confrontation. Rachni workers on the Crucible (who communicate with their queen via organic QEC) owe Shepard big time.

There's options.

Well, all my Shepards with tech aptitude make theri way down to the presidium however they can, and reactivate the conduit to go to Ilos. A little nonsensical, yes, but a cool idea.

My Shepard's are Badass Cyborg's that took all the Upgrades during His/her battle against the Collectors.

So they survive Because of SCIENCE!

as shep is space jesus 2.0 he actually dies in the destroy end but is ressurected three days later and appears to garrus his most loyal/ least disloyal (thanks for making him a coward ec) disciple on a hill on palaven where garrus repents for betraying space jesus in his time of need by creating the first galactic church of shepism.

50,000 years later, after a protracted and violent space war which was only resolved by a dance off on the charred remains of purgatory on the citadel it becomes the dominant religion in the galaxy, hence shep becoming a legend.

how is that not obvious?

umm...tiny mass effect fields created by her many cybernetic implants keep all her vitals intact, reducing damage and bleeding, and keeping her alive, if only barely? Maybe? Sure why not.

Mass effect fields solve all problems.

Do you realize that technology created by the Reaper´s design is going to be shut down, and as much this as much even other kinds of technology because by this logic should geths survived even destroy by loosing of their personality or whatever did them upload of Reaper code, yet they are going to die...
