I have exported .msh files from the toolset and installed the blender scripts. When i execute the script on the requires .msh file it still doesn't appear in the blender view window. I am sure i have read that the .msh files don't include coordinate geometry but is there any way i can centre on what i have loaded so i can have a toy with it?

Well, I don't use blender, so I obviously haven't used the import/export scripts for it, but as they just seem to load the .msh files, I would guess there are some limitations, for example if you try to load models with cloth meshes or models with multiple, separate meshes.
Maybe the model you are working with is just one of those the scripts cannot handle?
Try some different model - if that doesn't work either, you are probably doing something else wrong.

you need to select the first layer, its there. (had same problem till I looked at the layers indication and noticed I auto selected 2nd layer)
